I have owned this chair for less than two months. The staples that attach the thread to the frame of the back of the chair have popped out. Best Buy refuse to accommodate me with the defective product. I spent over $100 and feel mistreated.

The back is very upright- almost too much so. It makes sitting challenging without having it reclined a little. The lumbar support is a little misplaced which is why this happens. The seat is nothing to rave about but if you need a cheap chair it’ll do!

I was bracing myself to have to deal with a cheap and uncomfortable chair for the foreseeable WFH future based on the price of this chair, but was I pleasantly surprised after using this for a month. Highly recommend!

For the price I guess it will work for others. The mesh for the back is very thin. I can see it ripping very easy. The base of the chair looks rusted for whatever reason. RETURNED

The design of this chair really is not comfortable to me. The fixed arm rest are useless as well as the misplaced lumbar. I didn’t return it because I didn’t want the hassle, just don’t use it much.
