    I had my radio installed by the Geek Squad who used this installation kit. I must say that purchasing the Geek Squad Total Tech package had been a money saver for me! Best Buy does have so many areas I get the benefit of that purchase in — like free installation 😉

    This fit in my dash well, they had to cut a little of my dash away to get it in, but it looks absolutely amazing! Zach did awesome (Mobile Tech from Best Buy) installing everything! And lifetime warranties his work!

    It does have a bit of an inset so if your new stereo has knobs or buttons on the edges makes it a bit hard to get to. Needs to have less of an inset

    This has to be the stupidest mounting kit ever created. It fits like crap in an 04 Ford Ranger. The side-tabs and weird skinny piece are the worst design ever. :/

    Allowed me to mount a modern radio into an older ford escape. All worked as intended. If you have an older Ford Escape, this is the kit to buy. Keep in mind that you will need to cut the dash to install a double DIN in an older escape

    Tight fit and required trimming the dash on my 1998 mercury grand marquis but I understand this kit is for many ford vehicles so to be expected. 4 stars only because the plate bows a little when screwed in.

    Easy use and install. Made it possible to install aftermarket head unit in my 1997 Ford Ranger. Bezel trimming was needed to install double din.

    The stereo kit said there was some alterations needed to the vehicle to fit. The alterations were enormous and I was unable to complete them. The product was a mess.

    Works as is should. No problems on a 2002 Ford Ranger. You’ll have to trim some of the dash unit for a double din to fit. With my truck, I did not have to use the thin part on the bottom as my radio fit snuggly.
