This air conditioner doesn’t stay cold. The compressor turns off way to fast and doesn’t come in for a while leaving you with semi cool air that doesn’t feel ideal while sleeping.

Purchase the window ac, and it works amazing. The installation was very easyand self explained. You definitely need two people to work on this while installing it.

I have had this AC for about 2 months now. It is great at cooling the entire space quick, and I love the ability to control from my phone. The only con is that it is a bit loud but not so much that it won’t let me sleep.

Just got my AC yesterday and boy o boy its nice..I love the fact you can set it up to wifi and control it.Its a powerful unit which is needed in those hot summer days ahead..Its a big unit so you need two people to lift it.Set up was a breeze. Thank you LG for this great product.

We have a very large master bedroom, this A/C cools it down very quickly, and will keep it cool. My issue is that it is loud. We live in the country so we’re used to being able to hear a pin drop in the middle of the night. This A/C is loud, so it’ll take some time getting used it. The unit is BIG. Make sure you measure everything before you purchase, and I recommend you get something that goes in your window to hold it up. I would not recommend relying on the window frame strength to hold this unit up, you may find your AC on the ground in short order if you have modern windows designed to “pop out” for easy cleaning. We tried the “eco” mode, and all it did was wake us up all night when the compressor kicks on. In this mode, it seems to ride a fine line on the temp control, say maybe .2 degrees. For example if it senses the temp going up .2 degrees the compressor comes on, then the temp goes down .2 and it shuts back off. Very annoying if you’re trying to get a good night’s sleep. But, with all said and done, instead of sweating bullets, this AC keeps our very large bedroom cool (over 400 sq feet).

Powerful. Not super loud. Its probably overkill for my living room (its spacious but not huge) and works pretty well. Clean the filter often because if its not clean it loses power.

Don’t order AC in the busy summer, I guess they are too busy so sent wrong AC to me. I was forced to use it because I paid for 2 guys to install AC for me the same day as it delivered.

It’s an average unit. Randomly shuts off in the middle of the night (every night) and the warmth in the room wakes me up. That’s annoying. It changes settings whenever it wants basically. My master bedroom is about 600 sq ft and it keeps it cool, but not cold which is a bummer for the price and description. I wouldn’t buy again nor recommend.
