This soundbar is fantastic. I produces such a step up in sound that I wish I had it sooner. Just wish the digital, white lettering that shows your setting in the soundbar, were much brighter to be seen across the room.

This LG Soundbar is wider than expected and designed for wall mount not under mount for a TV. So, had to return it and purchased a different LG Surround sound system with the soundbar mountable under my LG 77″ C2 TV.

The soundbar system causes wifi interference with nearby devices (Apple TV, Xbox, smart TV). When the speaker is on, the download speeds on my nearby devices drops to 5 Mbps or less (often <1 Mbps). It's incredibly frustrating.

Subwoofer pops and the overall sound seems like your in a tunnel. I’m very upset I didn’t return immediately. But after spending many thousands on the tv and matching sound bar and all the installation required I thought I could find a solution in the settings.

I purchased this TV back in May 2022. The image quality is unbelievable especially when watching 4K videos. The only bug I noticed is the TV application. Sometimes it tends to be buggy between switching to my Apple TV and TV Apps . It keeps on opening the last channel opened on the LG channels. Not a big deal but it’s annoying. Otherwise, LG did so well with the image quality.

We bought this product back in March of 2021 for over $1K. Now 2023 it doesnt work anymore reached out to LG they want additional $200 for us to sent it back for repiar. Feeling like their product should of lasted longer for what we paid for it. Dont think I’ll be getting it repaired not gonna spend another dollar on a LG product. Our LG smart refrigerator is over 2 years and had to be reapired 3 times already.

Absolute trash. Muddy muddy muddy. Too much bass, ZERO midrange. I LIKE strong bass, but this sounds super strained and the mis and highs are virtually nonexistent. A sound bar is supposed to ENHANCE the voices and embody the bass. On a scale of 1 to 10, using that as a measuring stick, this ranks a big fat ZERO!

So far it’s been pretty good. Takes a little time figuring out how to connect and use an external media player. Once I figured it out working pretty good. Can’t wait for NFL to start, then I’ll give it a real test. Got a great deal on open box. So I really can’t complain.

Disappointing. Spent 10 hrs on phone with LG and then paid $130 to Best Buy to come to home and solve connectivity problem only to find out that product was defective. Sound bar and TV (both LG) would not talk to each other. Very frustrating.
Sound was not that great and sub woofer kept “popping” during program. Product looks fantastic-but looks are deceiving.
Sadly, I would not recommend this product.

To be fair, there was something wrong with this one. Wasn’t loud enough, sound quality poor, they were coming to fix when it just quit working altogether.

Bought this a few years back. Worked well for a little while, but the subwoofer just refuses to power on now. If you look around, it looks like this is a common problem that LG has neglected to address. Do not buy. If you have already purchased, return it before it happens to you too. Avoid LG products until they stand behind them.

There are other sound bars that sound better, but this is by far the nicest slimmest sound bar you can get. It pairs up extremely well with all gallery series LG oled tvs, and Samsung frame tvs.

Only have had it for a day. Sounds great. Reason for lower review is the plug. Had an outlet done behind where TV and sound bar mounted to discover the outlet is like a laptop charger and has a box. Does not fit in recessed outlet box. For a sound bar that is meant to be flush with the LG Gallery TV this was a very stupid design on cord. Very disappointed I have to have that box on mantel. Hiding it behind Christmas decor and once that comes off will have to figure out somethyelse to hid it behind.

Best LG sound bar I have owned. Combined with LG C3 tv i purchased together and was the best choice ever. Sound quality is amazing has all the technology you need for a great experience. I highly recommend as LG really put everything together perfectly to creat a great sound system. Good material love the remote and everything about it, secures to your tv just love everything about it.

Bought this as a matching soundbar with LG G3 TV. The lack of integration with the TV is astounding. Since this is paired with a 65 inch TV , the bar is located relatively far from the viewing area. It comes with a tiny digital display. The volume level doesn’t even display on the TV screen. You have to look at the tiny display on the bar itself. Sound is ok but sometimes we just use the internal speaker for sports. The minimal buttons on the control are not intuitive and most do nothing. Since the control does not display on the screen, and has almost no functionality, we stopped trying to use it.
