The 7.5″ Meat Slicer has been made with heavy duty painted steel and comes with a stainless steel serrated blade. This slicer can cut a variety of meat cuts from thin lunch meat to jerky strips as well as cheese and vegetables. You can slice from thin up to 20mm.
