I have been purchasing JBL products for more than 40 years. I haven’t had any issues at all with anything JBL that I purchased. JBL priducts are built for the long haul. The waterproof earbuds are built with the same care today as they were 40 yrs ago. My earbuds have given me an enjoyable way to complete my outside tasks listening to things that sound great. I will keep buying JBL products for this reason. Thanks for all you do at Best Buy to get these items out to the public.

These headphones were a good replacement for my AirPods. They lasted a about 10 months while being used a good 6 hours daily average. I think the sweat got to them.

Overall I have been very happy with my new JBL earbuds. They are very comfortable. I wasn’t sure about the ear loop when I first got them. After the first time I wore them I was sold. I have had on problem pairing the earbuds with my iPhone. The battery has been good and I get multiple charges out of the storage case before I need to recharge.

i wish i would have got these 1st instead of my samsung glaxy buds pro2. i bought these because one of my Samsung buds stopped working and is still under warranty and Samsung said it can take a month or more for replacement. so i got these for around 60 bucks and i cannot complain. most if not all of the same features the pro2’s have and easier on the budget as well.

The sound quality is great. Noise cancelation is on point it really eliminates outside noise and intensifying the sound experience. A little Bulky for me but the sound quality and durability works for me.
It can last a week on standby and about 3 days with power.

It works great. I’m happy about the sound quality for the most part. If you get too far from your phone, it will cut off, but it’s great for the price.
I also specifically picked them because of the plastic piece attached to it. That keeps it secure in my ear without falling. I can never use the other earphones, because they never stay in my ears.

I use these mostly on my iphone 14 exclusively for working out at the gym. I really like how the bass sounds as well. Incan use these for regular two hour session at the gym and not have to worry about charging it right away.

My husband loves the sound quality and how fast they connect you don’t have to wait or keep connecting yourself. He’s bought others and they just don’t connect you have to keep connecting them yourself which is inconvenient

They were working fine until about a month of sweat later, the left sides volume strength gave up on me. I had to resort to getting the jbl app to balance the volume. Recommend getting the warranty.

Battery life is good, sound is excellent. Not a fan of the low profile tap buttons but getting used to them. The big problem is that the spring tensioners push painfully after wearing for more than an hour or two, which makes the long battery life somewhat moot.

Great sound the function that it has for you to be able to listen the background sounds or to cancel it is very useful when you are in a room with people and want to listen to your headphones and be aware of your surroundings the best feature. Better connectivity range where other headphones would loose connection, these will keep a very good connection.
