    Just completed Chapter 1 of this game and so far the story premise and gameplay is unique to other games. My interest is definitely captured and looking forward to completing.

    The reason I have to bring this down to 4 stars is because the gameplay can be spotty at times and the action responses can seem slow.

    I like that every once in a while, a game set in a certain country uses the language of said country, the setting is great, gameplay is fun, highly recommended

    Good game. Doesn’t reinvent anything. Unique powers and serviceable world. I just wish the world was more “alive”, I know it’s dead in the lore but I think a bussing.environemt would be more immersive.

    This is an interesting game to review. I didnt really vibe with the gameplay, but I was still compelled to continue exploring. The city streets were really well realized. As a bit of virtual tourism, the game really delivered. Combat wise, it was a letdown. Story-wise, I have mixed opinions…

    This is a slight change from games from this Dev. FPS perspective for player going through Tokyo to get rid of spirits throughout the city. The map is large with many tasks to do. After some upgrades, the transversal becomes exciting, and fighting evens becomes a very fluid experience.
    I beat the game, but am now going back for the Platinum trophy. Not a difficult game, but finding out how to get to places around Tokyo, like the too of a building is the real challenge here.
    Bonus: really want to visit Japan now and experience Tokyo myself.

    I played this game super late after release, but it turned out to be an awesome one. Awesome visuals, loved the gameplay, and awesome story. Don’t skip this one.

    Ghostwire is an interesting game. Graphics are top tier. Mechanics will take some getting used to. To me, the gameplay was reminiscent of Spider-Man, but in first person. The story never really hooked me initially, but it’s it’s own creature. To each their own perhaps?

    I was hoping that this game would be great but its okay. It is very pretty and the abilities are cool but it gets VERY repetitive. The environment is cool, the story is interesting, but you’ll find yourself doing the same things over and over. Worth it if you find this game on sale.

    Another great game from Bethesda that gives any person willing to pick it up a unique and enjoyable experience. Ghostwire: Tokyo mixes elements of Japanese culture and folklore with that FPS gameplay that presents an enjoyable game. The main story is engaging and the challenges are abundant. There is a bit of a learning curve when starting, but after a while, it will become second nature. Of course, it helps that you can adjust the difficulty setting for the game when necessary, allowing you to increase/decrease challenge. I’m very happy with the game so, I absolutely recommend grabbing a copy to play.

    This has been by far one of the best PS5 optimized games that I have played; The graphics are amazing, it loads fast, and the dualsense is immersive. With that said, the actual gameplay was okay. The best part of the game is walking through Tokyo in the rain. It’s also a delight to anyone who is into yokai lore.

    A definitely unique though enjoyable game that once you get used to playing is a lot of fun. Pretty much a supernatural FPS though instead of guns and rifles you’ll use talismans and spells. Weirdly another game that went under the radar pretty quickly after it was released though no idea why. For the X-mas price it’s going for this game was a definite deal and am happy to have gotten it.
