Would not cool. Lowest temp reached wass 66. Perchased a wine advocate refrig and and far superior quality.

Ours was delivered just over a month ago, and we have loved it so far. Dual zone cooling has been working perfectly. My only gripes are that champagne bottles don’t fit and that it holds more whites than reds (24 bottles in the upper/cooler section vs 20 bottles in the lower/warmer section). That doesn’t take away that we absolutely love this wine center.

I was excited to receive this item. It arrived dented and I had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement. The replacement came dented as well. Not so sure where or how this very same appliance was dented whether at the warehouse or in the factory it was built and packaged in! I am completely disappointed and frustrated. The customer service representative offered money off the original price, but I refused because how do I know that the item isn’t damaged from the dent? I just want a perfect condition wine fridge – what I paid for! I hope the third delivery is a charm!
