I got this based on the recommendation of a Best Buy employee. I originally went in to get the model lower than this one, but based on this one having the third rack for the utensils, and being a bit quieter, I went for it. I really like the light that shines down when it’s done, as it’s so much quieter than my previous one, I sometimes have no idea it’s on.

We did a lot of research when looking for a new dishwasher and decided on this one. We could not be happier. Dishes come out spotless and it’s super quiet. You really have to listen for it when running it. The upper 3rd rack is a great bonus, although it doesn’t fit much.

Presently waiting on our 3rd repair appointment for this machine. It has been awful from the beginning. So far they have replaced the top electrical panel. Attempted to fix a poor performance issue, inability to rinse efficiently or dry completely.
Fixed the issue of water returning to the machine while sitting empty during the day.
This morning went to empty the machine as usual. It was still running! No water in it. Dishes unwashed and continued to run even with the door open. Had to shut off at mains.
Apparently the sensor “anticipates a potential leak” according to the seriously great guys at Geek squad.
Another repair appointment tomorrow. Another day of waiting..
I believe we use this machine correctly. Don’t over fill it. Even pre-wash the dishes (ridiculous). Keep it full with rinse aid, and it is still is AWFUL.
If you plan to buy it- get the protection plan. It will save you a lot of time/money and frustration.
If I had the opportunity for a “do over” I would buy a completely different brand. Its been 2 years of unhappy ownership.

Very happy with my new dishwasher! There’s more then enough room to hold a good amount of dishes/glasses and flatware. My dishes come out nice and dry..sparkling clean! There is no build up of detergent or food remaining. I like the options of “Top Rack”, “Rinse Only” and “Heavy Wash”. If I have a dinner party, “Heavy Wash” comes in handy. Day to Day “Normal Wash” is perfect. Other great features include a “Sanitize Wash”. NSF certified which means 99.9% bacteria gone….love that! Energy Star certified is always a plus! Pleased that it’s quiet while in use!

The dishwasher was what I wanted and glad that i finally was able to receive and have it installed. I bought this to go with the rest of my appliances and did not want to go with different options. The flip side, I had to wait over 4 months to get it. I bought it in September and finally mid January got it delivered and installed. It took many phone calls, being transferred multiple times and dealing with the store to get this item in, and they also lost the item. Had to cancel and re-order the item before finally came in. It has been a long process that many had no answers as to why it took so long. I am happy with the purchase not the process along the way that I had to deal with in getting to this point.

Traded out our old Maytag which was all rusting apart and went to the Frigidaire Gallery 24″ to match our other appliances we had purchased years earlier. Lots of buttons and gadgets. Like the 3rd upper shelf to store other utensils. Make sure you use jet dry, which helps the drying process. We can pack a lot of stuff in there. You really notice how low to the floor is giving you more room for taller items.
I installed it myself without any hitches. I recommend ordering the install kit too

Although I had selected the “dry heat” function, twice the new Frigidaire Gallery dryer did not dry the dishes. The tub and dishes were soaking wet. My original purchase date was 9/27/2020 but it was not delivered until 11/16/2020.

I’ve been very happy with Frigidaire gallery appliances for almost 10 years. This dishwasher has a steel interior, so it is designed to last longer. That’s a feature that is worth it for the appliance longevity, from what I read in consumer reports articles. It looks sleek and clean from the outside. It works well, as do all my Frigidaire appliances. They’ve been good to me and worth the price.

This fridge is very nice and VERY quiet. My mom opened it up once to put in more dishes while it was running once because it’s so quiet. There is a light that it shines on the floor in front of the washer to let you know it’s on, so once people know that, it’s easy to tell.
My only gripe is that it doesn’t dry the dishes enough, but I don’t think the competition does any better. I’ve had a bosch, and it dried the dishes even worse.

Considering the price of this dishwasher, you would think that it was a well built piece of equipment. That is NOT the case.
CONS: The racks are extremely flimsy and they don’t stay on track. The silverware holder is a piece of junk.
PROS: The light that shines on the floor is cool. The upper rack for silverware could potentially be useful.

Have had this dish washer for a while (almost 3 years) – and am very glad i got this one. Washes very well and it’s so quite you hardly know that its working. The third rack is the best addiction one can ask for . I just love the blue illuminating lights that shines on the floor when washing is complete.

Works perfectly for all of my larger pans. The top rack is also great for sippy cup parts and bigger utensils. Having the favorite cycle button makes it easy for all the kids to correctly run the dishwasher!

This dishwasher looks great in my space and matches my other Frigidaire appliances perfectly. Most importantly, it cleans great, even the 30 minute wash does a good job, and the third rack is a welcome addition. That said, the contol buttons are hard to press (not touch sensitive), the racks are low quality (even by dishwasher standards), and its louder than the 10yr old Kitchenaid dishwash I replaced. Lastly, mine arrived with a pea sized dent on the front stainless, that went unnoticed until after installation was completed. The packaging was in perfect condition and the damage did not occurre during installation, so it obviously left the factory that way. Its only noticeable at certain angles/lighting, so we decided to live with it, but it’s certainly disappointing.

Nice controls, very quiet, 3 levels to place items. Spikes are really close together. Holds a lot of plates if that’s what you have. It hard to set in bowls and other serving dishes. Not a lot of thought given to the design or utensil rack. Doesn’t dry well.

DO NOT BUY.. does not dry dishes. Terrible job of cleaning them. Top rack is useless. I am returning this dishwasher after 1 week. Paid $179 to have it installed and now I have to uninstall and have it hauled back to Best Buy to return it then wait for new dishwasher to arrive then pay to have it installed. Very disappointed.

Bought this model when it went on sale to complement the the “in wall double oven” Frigidaire Gallery model we bought/installed a few years ago. The dish washer works great. Not too noisy, plenty of loading area and love the top, 3rd rack for flat stuff. Not having a exposed heating element like our old one had does effect the drying some what but its no big deal to hand dry the few things that puddled water in them. Planning on obtaining the matching fridge next then rebuild the kitchen around them.

Wonderful dishwasher! Frigidaire has managed to get more useful, and adjustable space inside a dishwasher than I have ever seen. I love how incredibly quiet it is. I usually don’t know it’s running until I see the blue light on the floor, and don’t know it’s done until I see the green light on the floor. Most important of all, this dishwasher get my dishes incredibly clean.
