this 150 square ft Air conditioner cools the 10×10 room more than enough. it extends to hall way making it help with cooling rest of area. its very quiet

I purchased this item via online and am very pleased with it. I also saved $48 on it, it runs great and is more quiet than others that Ive used. I recommend you buy the Midea 5,000 BTU. You wont be disappointed.
