    These pans were rather THIN, even using low heat they seemed to Burn. Was NOT impressed with the Quality of these Pans at all.

    This works well. The only thing is that it is like a kid, you got to take are of it.

    The specification says there’s no non stick coating. However, I contacted Cuisinart customer support and they said the pot is coated with aluminum and Xylan. This is not mentioned anywhere on the packaging or website. The product is also marketed as as stainless steel on the outside, but there’s no point of that if it’s coated with aluminum, which again they don’t mention anywhere.

    The fluoropolymers utilized in Xylan coatings consist of PTFE, PFA, and FEP.

    I’ve only use the pots and pans twice and they’re well-made and heavy duty pans. I hope they don’t stick in the bottom.

    These heat and cook like a dream! Some of the issues ive seen others having seem to be from not following the instructions or understanding how these work. They heat VERY fast and retain that heat well, so you should never really turn your heat past medium! Use hot water to clean right away after use and you shouldnt have any issues.

    I purchase my set in October 2023. They are beautiful and very high quality. The handles stay cool when cooking with them. I like that there are measurements markings inside the pots. My only complaint is that when boiling anything in water in them, they get spots in the bottom like salt crystal shapes. Qhen washed these don’t come off. They also get stain rings, depending on what’s cooked in them. Kinda like a permanent water ring. Other that that they are terrific.

    Love the set. It takes a bit of time to get used to because you have to get the temperature right in order for food to not stick. Once you get a hang of it, there’s no turning back.

    Great set of pans. Exactly what I needed. Solid performing stainless steel pots and pans. With many lids and sizes. They are well made. Ovon safe, and I’ve used my pans in the oven already. They work as expected for stainless steel. Make sure you oil treat your pans if you want them not to stick they dont come oiled.
