We baught these on sale online. When they were delivered the box had significant damage. After the christmas rush I went in the store to have the issue corrected and was asked if i wanted to return or exchange and I opted for exchange. What appeared to be a manager asked if i had purchased during a sale “which I had” and then stated the retail price was $350 and that I may have to pay the difference to exchange the pans. I looked at her funny and she then said ow never mind its still on sale so you will only pay the difference in taxes. I looked and said although this is a small amount to pay this is the first time I have had to pay to exchange a damaged item and her response was there is nothing I can do thats the tax difference. The tax difference was a small amount but the problem was I had already payed for the item and due to no falut of mine spend my time and gas and more money to get the item i had previously purchased.

You wonder why it is marked down so low? It’s a very poorly made product. Any Cuisinart cookware I’ve purchased has chipped or scratched super easy. It’s hand wash only so if you do put it in the dishwasher you are wearing it out even faster.
