The individual items in the box varied by description. One particular labeled D and F. The instructions gave using D for a part of the installation but the holes and content of the panel didn’t fit or work. It was made for F. Also the back panel to install the screws for the back were incorrect. I was quadruple checking my installation to make sure I was doing it correctly but some things were not in the proper place. A manufacturing defect indeed.
