    Still trying to figure out how to make different kinds of food. Other than that I love it. French fries are 7 minutes at 400 not 15 minutes. Buffalo chicken nuggets are 10 minutes at 360

    Two years ago we purchased an 8 qt Bella, a round version. Worked perfect. We then saw the Bella 9 qt dual version and bought it two months ago. The concept is novel and worked well for a few weeks then has started to glitch with the pressure button. The ‘temperature’ side continues to work perfect, the pressure buttons respond to light touch, whereas the ‘time’ pressure button is frustrating and confounding!!! Push, push, push…covering a 2 sq inch area on and around the button before it decides to kick in. Will be contacting Best Buy as it’s getting worse!

    I love the fact that it has seperate plates that divides the air fryer tray so you can cook 2 different dishes at a time. Also the bottom plates are removable which makes it easy to wash. Would recommend anyone this!!!

    The buttons to change temp and time don’t always work easily! Then if you push too hard, it goes way down and you have to struggle with getting it to go back up! Not fond of this product!

    I love this air fryer. It is a replacement for the Wolf Gang Puck air fryer I previously purchased. It air fries so well and much better than the Wolf Gang Puck air fryer. Only thing, you may have to push the buttons a little harder but overall this is a gem.

    I love this cooking device because the food taste so good coming out of it and I can fry foods without the greasy mess like a regular stove top. It also holds in all the flavors and leave the meats with moisture and great taste. All I have to do is set the timer and wait.

    Bought this hoping to really love it, but it’s just ok. It cooks well, but the touch screen is not the most responsive screen I’ve ever dealt with. It took forever to figure out how to touch it in a way that it would actually work the majority of the time but it’s still not 100% consistent. It’s nice and roomy and the two trays with the divider is very nice for cooking two different items. If it were more responsive and the screen worked better I would probably give it 5 stars.

    No user manual was in the box and the model doesn’t exist on the Bella Website. Not a good start for a first-time air fryer user. I have to figure everything out on my own, so not what I expected.
