    For the amount of space it holds and the price compared to other 8qt air fryers, this was the best option. There is a bit of a plastic/new smell, but i think that’s common in new electrical products. There is a noise that happens when the air fryer is on like someting is brushing against the air fryer, but I have only used the air fryer once so it might go away. The touch screen is not that sensitive so it may take a second or third press to click what you want. The air fryer does heat up and have an abundant amount of space though which is amazing for cooking once and being done. Again, I have only used this air fryer once so I am a new user.

    I purchased this as a second fryer as my older one seemed to be going dead. It cooks the food very evenly and makes it nice and crispy. Would buy again. A little noisy but they all are.i got it on sale so well worth the money.

    Although it is quite large it seems to work well for just two people. We bought paper liners for the basket which helps to keep it clean.

    #1 Get as big an air fryer as your kitchen will afford because the more free space your food has almost always equals better end results.

    #2 Get the most powerful air fryer you can find, id recommend 1500 watts or better. This one is 1700 watts.

    #3 Go with a pull out basket design and most of them are this way, I don’t want to get into it but the basket design is better than any air fryer with a door, of course unless it has a crazy high wattage of 2000 watts or better.

    This is my 6th air fryer and each time I have upgraded I got a better machine. Though I bought this one mostly due to the great DOTD pricing because my last air fryer which is around a year old still works great so now I have 2 air fryers. I bought my last air fryer here at Best Buy, it is a Crux 8qt fryer with 1700watts, it still works great but this Bella Pro Series 8qt air fryer works even better than the Crux though I still love the Crux and its not going anywhere until it dies or at least starts showing some signs that it may be starting to fail. Meanwhile, I look forward to being able to compare the 2 air fryers over time. As of right now I have only used the Bella 3 or 4 times and the results has been perfect each time.

    Great airfryer that does the job at a reasonable price….easy to use….only downside is that it takes up a lot of real estate in the kitchen (it is an 8 qt. size)
    This is my second one of the exact air fryer as the drawer fell out of the first one and broke!

    Took a second to get used to all the settings since I have never used to digital air fryer. Once I got the hang of it I love this thing! Very spacious inside, so I can make more then a tiny handful of food at once now. Preheats pretty quick and gets the job done. Sleek design as well, I’d say it’s worth it.

    The food will “taste” like the burning plastic/metal of the fryer. I have used this thing about 10-15 times now and the food still comes out tasting like burnt metal/plastic/whatever it is. I thought it was getting better but then on a longer cook the beef tenderloin tasted like the air fryer and I had to throw it away. Steer clear of this one!!!!

    First, I’m not blaming Best Buy. I bought it and didn’t open it until after their return period expired. Big mistake! It didn’t work from day one. First I went online to see if I was doing something wrong. Nope. Then tried to find out if there was some easy way to reset the machine to get rid of the error message I kept getting. Nope. Finally, I approached the manufacturer to get a refund. The process was ridiculous. Sent multiple emails to answer a stream of questions. Had to send pictures. Once they were convinced it really, truly didn’t work, they authorized a refund. Oh, but then I had to send them a pic of the unit with the cord cut off before they’d cut a check. AND they made it very clear that if anything happened to the check, they weren’t going to issue a second one (?)! Nothing like being treated like a criminal when you’re just trying to return a crappy, non-working machine. To top off their horrible customer service, they said it could take 6 weeks for a refund. Yeah, one week for every $10 I spent. And, the check came on the sixth week.
