    I’ve just unpacked everything and so far I’m not thrilled. There is no instructions and no examples of recipes. I have a dark colored tray (pan) that is too large to fit inside. I can’t figure out what it’s for. I’ll be happy to update my review if I can figure it out.

    It arrived well packaged.
    I warmed a pizza and it did good job. The oven runs hot, food gets cooked well before time specified in recipes or box. As others have said, the oven fan will not turn off automatically.
    I tried to rotisserie function by cooking chicken kebabs. First of all, no instructions on how to use it. Second the metal rod stopped rotating after a minute, overcooking (burning) it on one side and undercooking on other. I put another set of chicken kebabs next day and same outcome. There is hardly any wait so how is it going to hold much bigger chicken.
    I have toasted bagles, made roasted veggies etc and does a good job but without rotisserie function working as it is, it is no different than any other oven. Also fan not turning off cost me 4 hours of it running unnecessarily.
    User interface is quirky too. I owe several Bella products and this does not meet Bella standards and definitely not Bella PRO standard. How can they release product, where only way to turn fan off is to unplug?

    Oven works good. However the cooling fan those not turn off. Let it run for over 3 hours oven was cool fan never turned off. Would return it but wife recycled the box. Going to see if it can be repaired.

    The fan is always on.. theres no off button unless you unplug the oven.. have not tried the air fryer yet but the oven works well as well as the warming and toaster function.

    The buttons are a nuisance.. i feel like ive downgraded and upgraded an oven. The orders of the buttons makes no sense at all..

    I absolutely love my Air Fryer Toaster oven with Rotisserie oven. I used every function and my best yet is the Rotisserie. The Air Fryer Function is awesome also.

    Used this about 5 times. After about a week, it almost set my kitchen on fire! Not sure if this should be included in the air fryer recall, but I am going to return this

    The cooling Fan never turns off, Bella Help line advised we exchange it, the second unit had the same problem. Also note that the out side of the oven gets hot enough to cause a skin burn when making one slice of toast. I can’t imagine how bad it would be roasting for a couple of hours.

    After baking, a humming sound persisted (like the convection fan running continuously) and does not stop. Period! Had to unplug for the noise to stop. Similarly, tried toasting, and the same result. Returned to store and exchanged for another one, and while setting it up, found the drip tray was bigger than the oven. Poor quality control.

    Do not buy this product, it does not shut off when it is done cooking. There also are many reviews that show this product started on fire.

    I have a few other Bella products, and have been happy with all of them. I read the reviews and saw they were so-so, but decided to try it anyways. Once I got it in, I gave it a test run, and the thing got so hot all around the outside of it, I couldn’t even touch the plastic handle to open the door. My guess is there’s no insulation inside the unit, and the whole thing gets so hot, not only would it severely burn you, but it also heated up the whole kitchen after running it for a mere 15 minutes at 400F. I packed it back up, and returned it. I would advise everyone to stay away from this one.

    The air fryer works great but the only concern I have is when the air fryer is off the fan is still going. I would need to unplug the outlet. I left it running one time and it took 2 hours for the fan to turn off.

    it doesn’t hold as big a chicken that is shown but it works very nicely.my son looves the bigger size toaster oven.
    it is compact enought to fit on a counter. he did a roast beef in it and it came out juicy and delicious.

    This air fryer is a bit mediocre and I think most of the reasons why are because of the manufacturer. They tried to do right with the stainless steel design and the actual size of the air fryer, as well as the quality of oven and the functions. However, the button preface is kind of difficult to use, which is a weird complaint because if you know how to use it’s not hard, it just isn’t very ideal for the convenience of an air fryer. The glass face also gets extremely hot, and it is easy to forget about.

    If you are looking for a quick easy air fryer to use I would avoid this one. It’s great to use as a second oven and everything, but if it’s the convenience aspect of an air fryer that interests you I would pick a different one.

    Works well, as intended. Heats up quickly, cooks food fairly evenly. Very good value for the money.

    As other reviews have stated, the fan stays on for a long time after turning the unit off. I usually end up unplugging the oven. The door also falls to the counter and can get hot to the touch, so you need to be cautious opening it while it’s running.

    The negatives are minor to me. Would recommend, would buy again.

    Gave it to my 38 year old son on Christmas. He loved it until January 6th when the glass exploded while he was air frying fish sticks and fried.

    I just set up my toaster oven and was looking forward to using it. Upon baking once done there is a humming sound that does not stop. I figured it might be a cool down feature but it wasn’t. Only way to stop humming is to unplug. Will be returning item.

    I read the reviews before purchasing and decided to order anyway. There are a couple of key negative points which are entirely accurate. 1) The fan does NOT shut off! Ever! No matter what the oven is used for, even toast on lightest setting, the fan comes on and never shuts off. In order to turn the fan off, the oven must be unplugged. 2) The outer surface gets extremely HOT!!! I mean, I guess a pan could be place on top and used to cook in? There is no insulating barrier between the internal cooking space and the metal surface of the oven, therefore whatever the cooking temperature is set to, the outer metal surface is approximately that temperature also! HUGE SAFETY CONCERN!!! This oven cannot be safely used with children present. The fit and finish, the build are nice. It is also very lightweight. Other negatives brought up in reviews were minor and subjective, but these two items are significant. It’s surprising that an item with these defects can even be marketed.

    If you got this on sale , you got yourself a good deal. If not , this thing is annoying as can be and i bet your wishing to take it back and get something worth close to the $170 the retail price is. 70$ , not too bad. Dont pay over 100

    Staying at an Airbnb and it didn’t have an airfryer. I gave it a 4 stars bc it doesn’t brown my chicken tenders as quick or evenly as my other brands that I owned. After turning it off, the fan ran continuously for hours (went to work for 10 hours and was still running when I came home). Had to unplugged it and plugged it back in.
