    It works great. It is a little heavier than my old one but it is not like I stand and do 20 shirts at a time. I love the retractable cord. It was the one feature I had to have in a new iron.

    We have 2 cordless irons and this happens to be our second one. The first one is Rowenta which is pricier and has German pedigree. But having used both I find the Hamilton one better than Rowenta. It’s cordless reel works effectively, and the heat and weight are good. The only thing irksome is the changing of settings for different fabrics is a bit tricky. We are happy with the product.

    Two weeks ago I had two irons. One I got from Aldi and it died in about six months. The other is a lightweight cheap Sunbeam that leaked regularly, did not hold a lot of water so I was constantly refilling and took forever when ironing my husband’s pants that tends to gather very deep wrinkles. I knew I needed a heavyweight iron with more power.
    After some research I decided on this iron because it claimed to have all the features I was looking for: 1) Powerful – this thing has 1700W of power and can easily knock out deep wrinkles, 2) Retractable cord, 3) Anti-drip system – used for two weeks now and no drips, 4) Anti-stick soleplate, 5) Three way auto shut off – your house will not burn down because of this iron! 6) Holds a lot of water, 7) Light indicators to let you know when the iron is ready, 8) Multiple fabric settings each with its own individual color, 9) Vertical steam option – I haven’t used this feature yet but plan to use it soon to get some wrinkles out of my shower curtain.
    Overall the iron looks great and performs great. I found this iron cheaper at Walmart so I asked Best Buy for a price adjustment which they honored right away. Customer service is excellent here!

    The things I like about this iron is the retractable cord. It’s always nice not to have a cord laying around. This other thing is the weight of the iron. I think the extra weight helps with getting the wrinkles out. I use distilled water with this too, to prolong its life. No issues here.

    When I unboxed this iron, I was surprised at how much larger it is than my old one. However, it does not weigh me down and I adjusted within two uses; I no longer notice the size nor weight difference. It irons soooo nicely! I gave 4 stars because it takes the “preheat” so long. Oh, and I love the steamjets.

    I waited to review this iron until I had used it several times. It heats up quickly and does not leak water onto fabric. The steam feature is great. I love the retractable cord. It is so easy to store without the cord getting in the way.

    I like this iron its alot better than the irons Ive had in the past. I dont iron alot but when I do I wanted a good iron to get wrinkles out and this iron works perfect for that. Its the most heaviest iron Ive ever had so if you do alot of ironing keep in account that is is a heavy iron.

    Not only was there delay after delay after delay, but when the uron arrives it was in a dusty damaged box that was taped together and barely standing upright. Do not recommend.
