    Would give a zero, unfortunately 1 star is the lowest.
    Purchased product as a gift for family overseas. Didn’t work straight out of the box.
    Returned from trip after last return date and unable to get a refund. Extremely annoyed that this product was faulty and we can’t return. Expensive and useless.

    Love this! I can display multiple photos and delete or add any time I want directly from my phone. I’m limited on display space in my small apartment so this is perfect!

    The frame gives an error message every 10 or 15 minutes that cloud frame has stopped and then it quits the app. Huge pain. Started a couple weeks after I got it and Best Buy won’t let me return it.

    The frame is sturdy feeling with an easy to push power button. It’s is easy to update the frame by adding pictures through a phone app.
    It would be nice to be able to control the frame through the app more thoroughly, for example how long the pictures should stay on the screen.
    Overall, this was a great present for a proud great-grandpa.

    It was bought as a gift but it was easy setting it up. Usage is fairly easy does tend to freeze up a little but not connected to wifi currently so that could be why.

    I bought it as a Christmas present for my mom and dad. It was a bit difficult even for me to understand how to use it. Instructions could be better . Also the size of the screen in not standard. Best pictures to use for it – horizontal wide. Price and instructions could be better

    Nice looking photoframe, a bit confusing at first attempts to load photos. My solution was to use the SmartLife app rather, which worked first time.

    My sister and I set this up for our grandmother on Christmas Eve. We downloaded a mobile app and scanned a QR code displayed on the frame, then we were off and running. New people can be invited to share photos by clicking a link sent by email from the app. The photos can be shared from anywhere with internet using the app. The UI felt smooth and intuitive. I didn’t have any frustration with it. The frame itself has an attractive touchscreen UI with a few basic quality of life and display functions, such as a clock, on/off hours setting, music player function, photo display timer options, and photo transition animation options.

    This digital frame is awful. I don’t know what else to say, it felt very cheaply made, the display screen was terrible, none of the settings actually worked, and don’t even try to download the app. Save yourself the time and just pick something else. We returned this almost immediately. Thankfully we tested it first because it was meant to be a gift.

    Picture quality good but purchased due to ease of use in sending photos from my phone thru app. Yet when I do, they stutter and a black screen flashes each time between them. Emailed customer service and they said it’s because my photos are too big and I need to reduce them before sending. So what’s the point of having an app to send pic thru your phone if you have to resize them to look right? Returned it.

    Awesome photo frame! Just the loading of photographs is limited to 9 at a time. So if you want to add a lot of photos to it it can be a pain. But besides that it’s awesome.
